An early morning Vinyasa Sunrise Flow to start the day with balance and peace
Service Description
A balancing and energetic early morning flow, working through a series of sun salutations, warriors, asanas (poses) and balances. This class will build strength, clear your mind, and will finish in deep relaxation, leaving you feeling revitalised, ready for the day ahead. All welcome, suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced.
